Salon Policies Salon Etiquette * Late arrival will result in limited service and fees. If you are 10 minutes late there will be a late fee charge of $10.00. If you are 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. * We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you cancel your appointment, otherwise it will result in a 20% cancellation fee. * No Show- If you fail to show up to your appointment without a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be charged a fee of 20% of your scheduled service. *Disruptive and Disrespectful behavior will NOT be tolerated. Salon Environment * Children- For the safety of children and others, no children under 12 are allowed in the Salon, unless being serviced and accompanied by an adult. * Pets- Out of respect for salon staff and other clients, pets are NOT allowed in the Salon. This includes but is not limited to service animals. Payments & Refunds *Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis, at the Salon owners discretion. *We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cash App, Apple Pay
