Salon Policies Salon Etiquette * Be prompt! Late arrival will result in limited service and fees. If you are 10 minutes late there will be a late fee charge of $10.00. If you are 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. * We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you cancel your appointment. * No Show- If you fail to show up to your appointment without a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be charged a fee of 20% of your scheduled service. *Disruptive and Disrespectful behavior will NOT be tolerated. Salon Environment * Children- For the safety of children and others, no children under 12 are allowed in the Salon, unless being serviced and accompanied by an adult. * Pets- Out of respect for salon staff and other clients, pets are NOT allowed in the Salon. This includes but is not limited to service animals. Payments & Refunds *Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis, at the Salon owners discretion. *We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cash App, Apple Pay
